We are located on the Arkansas River, five miles outside of the town of Buena Vista, Colorado.

If The Beach is unable to fulfill the contract for any reason, the entire deposit will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation by the couple, half of the deposit will be refunded if The Beach is able to rebook another wedding on that date.

50% of the rental fee is due at booking. Final payment in full will be due one (1) month prior to the Wedding Day. At that time, a refundable damage deposit of $500.00 will also be due, as well as proof of wedding liability insurance. The damage deposit will be returned to the couple within one (1) month after the event once the property has been inspected for any potential damage during the event, or any excessive cleaning was needed.

You may only use non-damaging ways to suspend décor. Tacks, nails and screws are not permitted anywhere inside of The Beach reception space. The use of candles is allowed; however, they must be contained in glass holders, with the flame below the top of the glass. Signs may be placed inside or outside of The Beach. Please be prepared with heavy objects to hold them down in case of wind. If your vision at the ceremony site includes the use of flower petals, please ensure that they are real, and please make sure someone picks them up after the ceremony. Small items to scatter such as dried flowers, confetti and glitter are not permitted. Bubbles are a very fun way to celebrate without the use of flower petals.
